Refunds & exchanges

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All of our products (excluding incontinence and Roho products) come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Sorry, we do not refund our delivery costs nor the delivery costs of returning the product to us.  

Unfortunately, we do not provide an exchange or refund for incontinence or Roho products so please choose the type and size carefully.

Before purchasing a product, we recommend that you consult with an appropriate health professional to ensure that the product is right for you. All of our product pages have a print and email function so that you can provide product information to a health professional.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR WANT AN EXCHANGE

We will refund the full purchase price of a product (less our delivery costs), or provide you with an exchange, within 30 days of purchase if you change your mind or an item does not fit.  This does not apply to incontinence or Roho products.

We will only accept a returned product if it is in its original, undamaged packaging and it has not been used. We will not charge you a delivery fee for delivering a replacement product to you (but this only applies once).  If you want to exchange the product for a second time, a delivery fee will apply.

IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY 

If a product is faulty, you can obtain a refund or an exchange – it’s your choice.  If you want a refund in these circumstances, we will refund the full purchase price. 

To obtain a refund or exchange a product, please email us and we will contact you about returning the product to us.  For some products, refunds and exchanges may be processed through the product manufacturer.
